📸 Proof of Issue

To help us verify the claim, please provide a photo and a video showing all affected items together.

📦 Responsibility After Delivery

  • Once the tracking system shows your package as delivered, responsibility shifts to the buyer.
  • If the item is stolen from a mailbox or doorstep after delivery, we cannot take responsibility, issue a free replacement, or process a refund.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties

  • In rare cases (about 1% of shipments), the importer may be required to pay customs duties or additional fees.
  • Buyers are responsible for checking the relevant import laws and regulations of their country.

📮 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier cannot confirm your address or contact you through the phone number provided, the package may be redirected to your nearest local post office.
  • Buyers must collect the parcel within 2 business days.
  • Unclaimed packages risk being returned, lost, or disposed of, and we are not liable in such cases.
